Teaching and Learning:

As an institution of the University Hospital, the education of students is very important to us. Both in the form of courses and in the context of internships, clinical traineeships and thesis. We have two main teaching programs:

a. Undergrad teaching:

The teaching program for undergrad medical students includes both theoretical and practical lectures giving by staff members, which helps to build knowledge about the field of audiology among medical students.

b. Postgrad teaching:

The unit grants Master’s and Doctorate degrees in Auditory & Balance Disorders to physicians who specialize in audiology.

Lectures in this program covers multiple branches such as adult audiology, pediatric audiology, balance disorders, hearing aids, implantable hearing devices and central auditory disorders.

Further education:

In our clinic there is the possibility of further training in the field of Audiology. It is possible to acquire additional qualifications in Hearing, balance diseases and in the field of rehabilitation.

Training:

Our continuing education program is aimed at all interested colleagues who want to stay up to date - both physicians in postgraduate training and internal and external colleagues and non-medical professionals.

Attending and organizing conferences:

The unit staff members have participated and organized several conferences and workshops, locally and abroad, and it succeeded in establishing joint educational channels to exchange information and scientific visits with many international centers such as:
